Jane’s Addiction has announced a North American tour to support their new album ‘The Great Escape Artist.’

He already has two prominent TV co-hosting gigs under his belt. And when it comes to tattoos, well, let’s just say that he has four times that amount on his fingers alone. That unique combination of credentials will serve Jane’s Addiction guitarist Dave Navarro very well in his new job: as the host — and a judge — of the new Spike TV tattoo competition series ‘InkMaster.’

It's been a long eight years between albums, but Jane's Addiction fans can look forward to some new music just around the corner. The band's new album, titled 'The Great Escape Artist,' is scheduled for a September 27 release on Capitol Records. It marks only the fourth Jane's studio set since 1988, and their first since 2003's reunion record 'Strays.'
