Weddings are a big event.... to say the least. WalletHub has narrowed down the top places to get married and 3 Colorado cities made the list.

Denver landed 15, Colorado Springs was 59th, and Aurora slid in at the 135 spot.

Invitations, reservations, menus and of course the cake, it’s no secret why weddings take  months or years to prepare. In fact, IBIS World claims the $81 billion wedding industry is still growing every year.

WalletHub's website states they examined each 180 U.S. cities using 27 key indicators of wedding-friendliness, ranging from average wedding cost to venues and event spaces per capita to hotel availability.
