8 Halloween Trick-or-Treating Safety Tips from Fort Collins ‘Batcop’

The Fort Collins police (FTP) went to Twitter to introduce us to 'Batcop'.

They say he "is busy echolocating crime", but he also shares some safety tips.

The FTP suggested making sure costumes fit correctly so your vision isn't obscured, using crosswalks, having a responsible adult with trick-or-treaters, not entering a strangers home, and inspecting candy.
