A truck carrying pyrotechnics for Kiss and Motley Crue was involved in an accident in Ohio while en route to tonight’s scheduled show at the DTE Energy Music Theater near Detroit, Mich. A joint statement on Kiss’s website includes the pictures below while announcing that tonight’s show has been rescheduled for tomorrow (Sept. 6).

A rare edition of the first Beatles album to be released in the United States has just sold for slightly under $15K at auction on eBay. A private collector paid $14,999 for an “Ad-Back” copy of ‘Introducing … the Beatles’ in an auction that ended on July 12.

Fifty-four-year-old metal singer Paul Di’Anno is calling it quits in 2013. The early-days Iron Maiden frontman made the announcement on his Facebook page Monday morning. “I am gonna be “Pulling The Plug” next year 2013, and making it my “Farewell Tour,” he wrote.
