Bisetti’s Just Sold For Over $3 Million, What Should It Be Now?
120 S. College Avenue was the home of Bisetti's Italian Restaurant in Old Town Fort Collins for over 40 years, and we were all pretty surprised when the owners closed it down on January 31, so they could retire.
Unlike the case for Panhandler's Pizza, Fort Collins staple, Bisetti's, really did close and is gone for good.
According to the Coloradoan, pretty much the entire contents of the inside was auctioned off, and while the new owner of the building has not been made public, they have stated that it will be used for retail.
What does Fort Collins really want or need though? I can only think of two things... getting Bisetti's back, or opening up an adult entertainment club (because we don't have one... that's all I'm saying). Jokes aside, neither of those things are happening.
