The Denver Broncos make the long trip Southeast this weekend for a matchup against the 2-6 Atlanta Falcons.

The Broncos lead the all time series 9-6 which of course includes the 34-19 Super Bowl victory in John Elway's final game in January of 1999 against former Broncos coach Dan Reeves. Atlanta has won the last two matchups...the last one coming in 2016. The Broncos last win against the Falcons came in 2008 when they captured a 24-20 in Atlanta.

Denver looks to build on their miraculous win against the Chargers last week and get back to .500. A game that can TRULY turn a team's season around.

The Falcons may be 2-6 but they are seriously a few plays away from being 5-3 or even 6-2 with their monumental 4th quarter collapses they've had this year. Don't sleep on the Falcons, especially on the offensive side as familiar names Matt Ryan, Julio Jones and Todd Gurley are set to lead a flock of Falcons determined to turn their season around this week against the Broncos.
