The Denver Broncos are looking to go 2-0 to start the season for the first time since 2018 when they opened up with back to back wins but ended the season with a 6-10 record. The Broncos are looking to go 2-0 and with a team full of talent, this season could end up being a LOT more promising than any season over the past 6 years.

After a nice win against the Giants last week at Met Life Stadium, the Broncos head down to Jacksonville to face the Jaguars led by Head Coach Urban Meyer and #1 pick in the NFL Draft, Trevor Lawrence.

The Jags stumbled out of the gate in a big way last week in their blowout loss against the Texans but are looking to get in the win column in their first game at home.

On paper, the Broncos shouldn't have too many problems with this team BUT...games are not played on paper and any time you play in Florida early in the year, you have the heat and oppressive humidity to deal with...so hopefully the team packs the pickle juice.

For what it's worth, these teams have played 13 times over the years with Jacksonville leading the series 7-6 and for me personally, every time I see these two teams play, I can't help but go back to that dreadful day at Mile High when the Jaguars ended the Broncos season where they were the #1 seed in the 1996 NFL playoffs.

We STILL need to deliver a little revenge for this game..
