Chewing Tobacco Recall Announced Due to Metal in Cans
If you chew smokeless tobacco, you might want to take a peek at your can and see if you could be at risk for having metal objects in your can. According to the FDA, U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company has issued a voluntary recall for sharp metal objects that have been found in cans that were made in a Franklin Park, IL. facility.
The brands are Cope, Copenhagen, Husky and Skoal in various cuts and flavors such as long cut, extra long cut, pouches, natural, straight, mint varieties and more. If you want to see if your can(s) are affected please see the recall list HERE.
