Just tell me you're having steak and I'll be there ready to devour copious amounts of it. Chipotle has steak and a lot of other things that I love, and now they're trying something a little new with their steak.

Denver is going to be one of the test markets for this new (and delicious-sounding) kind of steak, the Garlic Guajillo Steak, which has a combination of garlic and guajillo peppers and some other delicious seasonings for a brand new taste.

So if you're like me, your next question here is, "What's a guajillo pepper and how hot is it?" Fair question. For me, I love spicy - the hotter the better

Now as for the guajillo pepper, here's what it looks like in its original dry form:

This dried chili has a little heat but nothing too crazy, and it has a little of a smoky flavor to it. Here's a guajillo paste that looks really good as well:

Ok, so now that we know what a guajillo pepper is and what it looks like, envision that flavored with garlic and other seasonings and put on your steak and into a burrito or burrito bowl - if you're watching your carbs - with all of the other delicious options to pair with it at Chipotle.

It's only available for a limited time, so if you're in the Denver area and a Chipotle is nearby, check it out and let us know what you think.
