It's that time again to "Fall Back" all of your clocks — well, the ones that don't automatically update.

At 2 a.m. on Sunday morning (Nov. 1) we turn our clocks back one hour. While that means it will get darker a little earlier it also means that we get an extra hour of sleep. Back in the day it meant an extra hour of partying but nowadays there ain't no party like a sleep party.

Currently, every state observes the time change except for Hawaii and Arizona. The original idea to move clocks ahead in the Spring originated with farmers in mind to help with their crops.

Recently, officials in many states including Colorado have talked about the possibility of remaining on daylight savings year round and never even messing with the clocks.

But for now, don't forget to fall back one hour this weekend the great news...your phone does it automatically.
