He will be running against write-on candidate Dr. Rae Ann Weber who is running as a “freedom doctor” who claimed she would never support COVID-19 mandates.

Dr. Kelly is currently the President of the Colorado Coroners Association. His opponent Weber, if elected, would need to complete 40 hours of training for new coroners, and become a certified death investigator.

How Busy is the Coroner's Office in El Paso County Colorado?
