Lots of Coloradans have been eagerly awaiting to see what Major League Baseball and the Rockies have planned for the 2020 season. It does look 'weird.'

MLB will launch a revamped 60-game (instead of 162 games) schedule on July 23, 2020, with the Rockies starting out on the 24th.

I haven't had my pulse on how this 'new' baseball season is going to work, so I looked it up at ESPN.com:

The Rockies will play 40 of the 60 games against the teams in their division, and the other 20 games competing against the teams that are in the American West Division.

60 games in 65 days. Welcome to the 'Big Leagues.'
