The Colorado State University football team will make its longest road trip of the regular season this weekend.

The Rams (2-5) will travel about 1,200 miles to take on Fresno State (3-3) at 5:30 p.m. Saturday in a key Mountain West match up.

CSU was off last week following a 35-21 road win over New Mexico.

The Rams are 3-2 following a bye week in head coach Mike Bobo's tenure. CSU practiced a normal schedule during the bye week.

Bobo has also beat Fresno State both times he's faced the Bulldogs — CSU has won five of the last six in the series.
