After grinding his way to the top, DaBaby respects the hustle and it shows.

On Saturday (Oct. 12), the 2019 XXL Freshman spotted a group of boys selling cookies on a street corner and decided he wanted to help support their business venture. In video captured of the transaction, the N.C. MC greets the kids on the sidewalk and informs them he wants to buy all of their product. After calculating a total of $230, DaBaby appears to give the kids three crisp $100 bills. He then notifies them that they can keep the cookies and the money before dapping up the young entrepreneurs.

When you are winning like DaBaby, it's hard not to be in a giving mood. The rapper's new album Kirk recently debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart after moving 145,000 units in its first week. Every song off the album is currently on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. On top of that, last week, DaBaby took home the award for Best New Hip Hop artist at the 2019 BET Hip Hop Awards.

The "Pony" rapper is living up to the pressure. "Now that I'm a XXL Freshman, you know, I feel like that sets high standards for me, and I feel like I have to deliver," he told XXL in July. "I like pressure. I plan to exceed all expectations."

Hustle hard.
