December’s Teacher Tuesday Winner Hails From Gilcrest Elementary

Teaching preschool during a pandemic is especially challenging.

But Gilcrest Elementary's Kim Bielz has gotten creative to keep the youngest of learners educated.

For her efforts, Bielz was voted the December winner of Townsquare Media's Teacher Tuesday contest.

She takes home:

• A $500 check for their school
• $100 gift card to food delivery service Nosh NoCo
• Free oil change from Ozzie's Bodyshop

Teacher Tuesday is also made possible by possible by Xfinity, which has been providing free WiFi to students and teachers in need during the pandemic.
