Deer Statue Vandalized by Actual Deer in Colorado Town
Oh, deer. A homeowner in the town of Craig, Colorado has fallen victim to vandalism, but not by any 'damn teenagers,' but the local wildlife.
Why would a deer would go after a deer statue? Well, we could have fun thinking of the reasoning behind that. Maybe the owner is a hunter, or this was a mating act gone very wrong...
According to Craig Daily Press, a crime log from November 13 reported the following:
7:55 a.m. On the 900 block of Alta Vista Drive, a caller reported a statue in their yard had been vandalized. Someone yanked it out of the concrete and broke the legs off. When officers arrived, they found the deer statue had been knocked over by a live deer.
We imagine the damage is going to cost the owner a few bucks, but the deer was not cited.
