Elevate Your Colorado Wedding With This New Trend

As the Colorado cannabis industry expands, so does the places (and ways) it's used. The newest trend in Marijuana culture is called canna-weddings. That's right, Colorado residents are choosing to include the previously illegal substance at their weddings.

Bec Koop, co-founder of the Cannabis Wedding Expo tells Time magazine that more than 30% of venues will accommodate marijuana and expects to finish 2019 with two dozen canna-weddings under her belt.

This trend doesn't just stop at having marijuana available for people to consume at the wedding. As a matter of fact, it goes far beyond that. Some people are infusing marijuana into the wedding food and rehearsal dinners. Some are even going so far as to have the guests 'keepsake' a engraved glass marijuana pipe.
