Thousands of firefighters from around the country have been fighting the Cameron Peak Fire in Northern Colorado for several months.

Now it's time for the public to boost their morale as they take on the largest fire in Colorado history.

Townsquare Media Northern Colorado is partnering with Firehouse Subs for "Signs of Support," collecting uplifting signs of love and encouragement.

Firehouse Subs locations in Fort Collins and Loveland will host sign drop-off sites from Oct 26-29. The signs will then be placed on the routes of the fearless firefighters heading to and from the front lines.

As a bonus, the first 20 people to bring their signs during the times below will get a FREE sandwich.

  • 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 27 at the Loveland Firehouse Subs located at 1395 Sculptor Drive.
  • 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct, 29 at the Fort Collins Firehouse Subs located at 2120 E. Harmony Road, Suite 101.

Firehouse Subs has a long history of helping first responders with its Public Safety Foundation that has granted more than $53 million to provide equipment, training, and support to hometown heroes.

Don't have time to make a sign? You can still pitch in by donating to the Denver7 Gives Wildfire Victim Fund. You can also make a donation from 4-6:30 p.m. by calling the Denver7 Gives telethon by calling 303-777-7492.
