Fort Collins and Boulder landed in the top 10 in a new study for best places to live, especially when it came to growth and stability.

According to a new study by SmartAsset, which is designed to find the housing markets that have experienced the most stable growth in the past 25 years, Fort Collins and Boulder are some of the best places in the country to live. The study included 357 metro areas across the U.S.

Fort Collins landed in the number 6 spot, with Boulder coming in at number 3. Denver finished 35th.

The top spot for growth and stability was Midland, Texas.

The study found that home prices in Boulder have grown 251% over the past 25 years. They also say the city is at a 0% risk of decline in home prices in the next decade. Meanwhile, Fort Collins home prices have grown 215% since 1995.
