The Fines For Illegal Fireworks Has Changed

The increase up to $1,000 per fine is not the only change in the ordinance. The fine now applies to people who allow others to possess or use illegal fireworks on the property. This means that the fine isn't just imposed on individuals that are setting off the illegal fireworks.

Any fireworks that leave the ground are deemed illegal in the city of Greeley. The list of illegal fireworks includes firecrackers, roman candles, shells, rockets, M-80s, and more.
