How Do You Buy Your Music?

Remember record shops? I worked at one years ago, although we didn't actually have records in our store. We had already made the switch to compact discs. Today there are people that have never stepped foot inside a music store, they buy all of their music online. In 1981 the first video played on MTV was Video Killed the Radio Star. Today it should be: The Internet Killed the Music Store or so you would think. According to a recent study by Nielsen Music, only 20% of consumers worldwide are buying music online. What about the other 80%? Nielsen believes people are downloading music illegally. If your like me, you may not buy or  download. I stream music via radio and music websites because I like variety.
