That fact made me feel better. However, I am hoping I can move into a spot that has it, and this blistering summer is certainly giving me the motivation.

The main reasons experts say you should not sleep with a fan are that the fan could dry out your throat, nose, and eyes. This could lead to feeling bad in the morning.

I have allergies, and this is certainly an issue when I have a box fan in the window at night. I typically remedy this by taking an allergy pill the night before.

This is going to switch up my nighttime routine. I think what I will do in the future is keep the shades down in my bedroom. Then, I will open a window and blow the hot air out of the bedroom to get the hot air out when it finally cools down outside. Then I will wear light pajamas and sleep with the thinnest blanket I can find.
