It is an exciting time to be a Colorado State football fan. There has been much more enthusiasm at games than in previous years. Have you been to Canvas Stadium this year? A lot of the games have been packed.

Three home games have been sold out this year. The Rocky Mountain Showdown had the largest crowd in Colorado State history, with 40,099 fans watching the game in Fort Collins.

Hard work and grit are paying off for the coaching staff and players of the Colorado State Rams. Our Rams are officially heading to a bowl game.

Colorado State Football Secures Bowl Game

Last Saturday's game was extremely significant for many reasons. Head Coach Jay Norvell, came to Colorado State from the Nevada Wolf Pack after the 2021 season. Coach Norvell beat his old school on their turf.

The win also means that the Colorado State Rams are heading to a bowl game for the first time since they lost in the New Mexico Bowl against Marshall in 2017. The Rams won their last bowl game in 2013 at the New Mexico Bowl.

This will be the Colorado Rams 18th appearance in a bowl game.

Colorado State Bowl Game Projections

According to Action Network, the Colorado State Rams are projected to play in the Hawai'i Bowl against Memphis on Christmas Eve. This would be a great place to go and get out of the cold for a week.
