The highest-elevation eatery in Boulder County offers jaw-dropping panoramic views from the Continental Divide to the Great Plains of Colorado, however, it takes some effort to access this remote establishment.
Lookout Lodge is part of Eldora Mountain Resort. Situated at 10,600 feet, the casual mountain-top cafe is an amazing spot to enjoy a beverage and meal or just take a break during the middle of a day of skiing or riding. The menu features freshly made gourmet pizzas, sandwiches, chili, beer, snacks, and more.

It's nothing fancy, but you can't beat the views at this Nederland eatery. Stunning scenes surround the Lookout. Snow-capped mountains and alpine lakes can be seen for miles in the distance. An outer walkway allows guests to get epic views of the beautiful area.
Lookout Lodge is accessed by taking the Corona chairlift. It's seasonally operated, meaning it's only open in the wintertime.
