Colorado Will Soon Have 8 Popular Whataburgers
Lots of Coloradans love to argue how Whataburger is better than In-N-Out; maybe the folks at Whataburger are listening, as they're bringing in another one to the state.
It's crazy to think that just a few years ago, we were desperate to get just one Whataburger in Colorado and now, soon, there'll be eight of them. Hopefully, in a few more years, they'll have some in Northern Colorado.
Until then, Coloradans outside of the southern portion of the state will just have to wait, or travel.
Whataburger Opening 8th Colorado Location
It was reported in late September of 2024, that by early October, Whataburger would be breaking ground on their eighth location in Colorado. This one will be the most furthest away from the Fort Collins area, while still being in the state.
The newest Whataburger will be in Pueblo; south Pueblo, to be precise.
Northern Colorado Frustrated Over Restaurants' Decisions
It's a real shame that many restaurants start their Colorado "conquering" in the Colorado Springs and southern Colorado area. It seems like they all must have some sort of "market research" that says that the Springs and Pueblo are "prime" and to "forget about Fort Collins."

Sure, Loveland does have an In-N-Out, but what would it have killed Whataburger to put location number 8 for Colorado somewhere north of Denver? I hear people all the time saying, "Whataburger is way better." I guess I'll just have to wait; it's crazy to drive all the way to even Colorado Springs for one.
A co-worker did take the drive, you can get his review here.
