Cupcakes and Cuban Cuisine Come Together
Elvira's Cuban Cuisine began with the help of Mystic Moon Bakery, who let Elvira's share their kitchen, off of Eisenhower near Van Buren. Not long after, Elvira's jumped at the opportunity to join the shared kitchen at Rebel Kitchen Collective at 220 SW 12th Street #125, near The Forge campus.

When is Elvira's Cuban Open in Loveland?
Elvira's Cuban Cuisine (named after the owner, Melissa's, grandmother) is open on Mondays 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and on Wednesdays 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Along with expanded hours, this new location is much easier to get in and out of, as well.
