Dave's Hot Chicken to Open 7th Colorado Location in Longmont

It's another classic "America" story, of how a few guys came up with an idea, pooled about $1,000, and turned it into a great success story. That story includes a seventh Dave's Hot Chicken coming to the Centennial State sometime in 2025.

Nobody outside of California had really heard of Dave's Hot Chicken until 2021 when they began expanding outside of California. Denver was one of the first locations outside of California, opening within that first expansion wave of 2021. Fort Collins' Dave's Hot Chicken opened in the fall of 2023.

Dave's Hot Chicken Coming to Longmont, Colorado

Near the Costco on Ken Pratt Boulevard near Main Street, will be the seventh Dave's Hot Chicken spot for Colorado, an area of town that was farmland just a few years ago.

"Hot Chicken" places are becoming really popular; Colorado's own Music City Hot Chicken, based out of Fort Collins, has three locations as of February of 2025. What Dave's has that Music City does not, is celerity investors.

Celebrities such as Drake, Samuel L. Jackson and Michael Strahan are a part of Dave's Hot Chicken. There's always a slight chance that one of them might show up at a grand opening; let's keep our fingers crossed that the choose this Longmont spot.
