In-N-Out Burger Coming To Longmont? Double Double Time!
As Colorado's list of local In-N-Out Burger locations grows, it's getting easier than ever to sink your teeth into a delicious Double-Double. Next stop? Longmont. Here's all we know.
Colorado's Next In-N-Out Location Is...
After decades of having to travel to other states, it's hard to believe that it's been over 4 years since the first two Colorado In-N-Out Burger locations opened. Folks all over Colorado practically begged for the extremely popular California-based chain to come to our great state and those dreams became a reality in 2019.
To the delightment of many, In-N-Out Burger announced its plans for a distribution center to be built in Colorado Springs, to supply the always-fresh never-frozen meat and other products to local Colorado restaurant locations. Finally, In-N-Out was coming to Colorado!
Now with locations in Denver, Lakewood, Castle Rock, Aurora, Lonetree, Colorado Springs, Thornton, and Loveland Colorado, there's one popular area that needed some love from the popular burger chain, and it looks like that void's about to be filled.
In-N-Out Burger Coming To Longmont, Colorado
Driving out of the Costco in Longmont over the weekend, we saw the sign below and got super excited!
While there are still some hoops to jump through, BizWest is reporting that the plans are very serious to plant the In-N-Out seed right along Ken Pratt Blvd and Harvest Moon Dr. right near the new Costco.
Per BizWest:
“The proposed In-N-out restaurant will be 3,860 square feet with approximately 1,100 square feet of outdoor patio seating. Both indoor and outdoor seating will accommodate 112 guests. The site will be well landscaped and will include a fully enclosed trash building, a drive-through with dedicated onsite queuing for 29 cars, onsite parking for 40 guest cars, and two ADA spaces. Excellent vehicle circulation is provided onsite with no ‘dead-end’ parking aisles. Access to the site will be achieved through one on-site access onto the adjacent roadway to the south, and cross access provided through the adjacent parcel to the east.”
No exact plans and timelines can happen until all of the approvals happen but if Lovelanbd is any indication, once they break ground, these In-N-Out Burger locations come together pretty quickly so we could be enjoying a Double-Double with a car full of boxes from Costco by the fall. Fingers crossed!
