Less Than One Inch of Snow Expected This Weekend in Colorado
If you're not ready for snow yet (or, again), you'll be pleased to hear that this weekend's cold front likely won't leave much of it behind, contrary to what forecasts predicted earlier this week.
Meteorologists said that two cold fronts would bring Colorado its first October snowstorm over the weekend. But now, it looks like accumulation will be less than an inch in most parts of the high country, 9NEWS reported.
In the Front Range/Northern Colorado region, the National Weather Service only predicts a 30 percent chance of rain on Sunday, with temps in the 70s. Monday will be in the 60s, but is expected to be mostly clear. Unfortunately, that doesn't make for much wildfire relief.
