Steve Davidson, the owner of the popular Fort Collins-based paella catering company, announced its closing last Tuesday (January 28) in a Facebook post.

"I am sorry to have to announce that Los Dos Paelleros is going out of business after 4 seasons serving our signature paellas to hungry paella fans in Colorado," said Davidson.

Thankfully, the closing is for a happy reason. Davidson revealed that he is retiring in Spain and "living the adventure of a lifetime."

He started the company in Fort Collins four years ago with his daughter, Addi Davidson.

The two soon became known for their Paella Valenciana, which they cooked over an open fire at parties, festivals, weddings, and more.

However, the paella goodness doesn't have to end. Davidson said he would be willing to discuss handing over the business to an interested individual.
