Halloween is right around the corner. There are still a lot of people planning on  trick-or-treating, but one event won't be happening this year.

According to the Loveland Museum Gallery, "the City of Loveland and its downtown partners have decided not to host the Halloween Family Fun Festival event this year. This includes the downtown trick-or-treating."

This 17-year-old tradition will not be taking place this year. The reason? According to the Loveland Museum Gallery, "in light of the changing dynamics of downtown Loveland and other considerations, we’ve decided to take a step back, assess our goals and then determine the future direction of this event."
