The country star braved the Colorado weather on Saturday (May 21) to put on a killer show at Empower Field in Denver — but one lucky fan got an extra special treat.

According to a Monday (May 23) Instagram post from 9News anchor Kyle Clark, the fan and her mother were entering the venue when a member of Combs' security team stopped to let them know the singer was approaching. The fan's grandmother told Clark what happened next:

My daughter and granddaughter then seen [sic] Luke, it was like a dream my granddaughter wanted a picture with him and he replied of course. While trying to hold her phone steady due to shaking she dropped her phone, Luke then replies honey it's ok calm down, breath. He was so understanding and relaxed with her. I just wanted to give a huge thank you to a man that many adore for being down to earth and like one of us! Thank you Luke Combs.

Another follower of Clark commented that they had also met Combs and confirmed that he was "kind and humble."

Combs has kept busy since his stop in Denver. Aside from touring in the U.S. in Canada, he's also teasing new music and anticipating the arrival of his first child with wife Nicole Combs.
