Nearly as divisive as the pineapple-on-pizza debate is the is-cold-pizza-good debate. I say yes to both, but understandably, it's not for everyone.

Amanda Simmons and Ean Smith are like me (at least when it comes to pizza temp). The married couple launched Cold Pizza earlier this month, but don't worry, they're not serving you leftovers; They bake pizzas, and then intentionally serve them cold.

While they hope to eventually have a storefront near the CSU campus, right now they use a commercial kitchen on Riverside and serve chilled slices at events and catering functions (and the menu looks pretty good).
