If you are in the mood for a Japanese-style dinner, you will be in luck soon.

Bowl Izakaya is opening a new restaurant and bar in Loveland at Colorado's Thompson Valley Towne Center north of King Soopers, at 1163 Eagle Drive, according to the Loveland Reporter-Herald. The restaurant is targeting an early December opening date.

In Japan, Izakaya is a casual bar-like hangout. Bowl Izakaya will be offering a substantial selection of sakes, bottled beers and wines.

Nelson Zhu, future Bowl Izakaya owner and manager, states that this restaurant will be a fine-dining atmosphere with “very nice, very pretty décor.” Zhu came to the United States in from China approximately 15 years ago and began working in a Japanese restaurant. He now also owns Wasabi Japanese Grill and Bar in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Bowl Izakaya will be offering a large variety of ramen and charcoal-grilled skewers of meats, seafood and vegetables called yakitori. These delectable skewers' prices will range from $1 to $2.50 each, and the ramen/noodle bowls will be about $11 each.

Alongside the assortment of food and alcohol, Bowl Izakaya will have a dessert menu containing sweet treats such an ice cream ball encased in a rice cake called as mochi ice cream.
