November’s Teacher Tuesday 2021 Winner is Lanie Conroy, Centennial Elementary

Working in education has been extremely hard over the past two years: simply ask a local educator. Despite the hardships, many teachers and staff members go above and beyond to make sure their students feel comfortable, safe, and encouraged, and Lanie Conroy is no exception.

Nominated by the Sackrider family, Conroy is a beloved kindergarten teacher whose favorite part of the job is seeing a child's face light up when they learn something new. It seems children aren't the only ones who perk up when seeing Conroy, as she also garnered over 1,900 local votes. Keeping it short and sweet, Mrs. Sackrider's nomination stated:

Ms. Conroy is sweet, kind and helpful. My son has bloomed so much since starting school!
