Kombucha. Why not?

Odell is introducing Allkind, a new, gluten free hard kombucha. Two flavors will hit the shelves in the fall of 2020, according to a press release: Super Berry and Tropical Tumeric.

Allkind provides a brand new challenge for brewers. Jordan Kelly, Quality Lab Manager. said that it was important for brewers to maintain “kombucha’s rich history,” which includes a traditional fermenting process and delicious ingredients like fresh juices and purees. Allkind will also be brewed with gluten free ingredients, and no added sugars or artificial sweeteners.

Odell is committing to the process: they've built a separate brewing vessel for their hard kombucha, so you know they're all in. Allkind will also give 1% of gross sales each year to approved non profit partners.
