Person Rescued From an Elevator In Estes Park on Monday
Estes Park is an old, historic town. One of the neat things in town is the glass elevator at Park Place Mall. Sounds like it got stuck on Monday.
Nobody likes being stuck in an elevator. Especially on a Monday. On Monday afternoon (July 22, 2019) the Estes Valley Fire Protection District posted on their Facebook page that they had rescued a person from the elevator at Park Place Mall right across from The Wheel Bar.
It would seem they got the person out of the elevator quickly, because they posted that units were on the scene at 1:30 p.m. and that the person was rescued, two minutes later.
Nice job, gang! I wonder how many elevators are in Estes, anyway?
