Vatos Tacos & Tequila Coming to Loveland

The Foundry in Loveland signed a Mexican restaurant, Vatos Tacos & Tequila after the restaurant proved to be a success in The Exchange development in Old Town Fort Collins.

Construction of Vatos Tacos is anticipated to start December 23 with a completion date of February 28, according to the Loveland Reporter-Herald

Vatos Tacos and Tequila offers street tacos, burritos, margaritas, tequila and Mexican beer.

According to the Loveland Reporter-Herald, Richard Lucio owns Vatos Tacos, the Blue Agave Grill in Fort Collins and Denver, the Palomino Mexican Restaurant in east Loveland and Coyotes Southwestern Grill in Greeley.
