Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper has been getting some attention recently for comments he made at the recent summer conference of Colorado county sheriffs. Specifically, the governor addressed Larimer County Sheriff Justin Smith by using the "F Word".

Human remains were found yesterday in a field west of Loveland. The remains were found on Monday afternoon by two contract workers for the Environmental Protection Agency in the 7000-block of Highway 34.

Larimer County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a suspect in the August 15th Wellington bank robbery. Jason Eric Delaney, of Loveland, was arrested on one count of Aggravated Robbery of the Points West Community Bank in Wellington.

President Obama was in Denver yesterday to show his support for the gun control measures recently passed in Colorado. Meanwhile, 16 county sheriffs, including Larimer County’s Justin Smith and John Cooke of Weld County have vowed not to enforce the new gun restrictions.
