Federal Judge Alan Johnson recommended Haenel be incarcerated in the federal prison in Englewood, Colorado, due to the proximity of his family and a sex offender treatment program.

A 32 year old man from the Milliken area has been identified as the man who died while being involved in an altercation with Weld County Sheriffs last Friday.
