The Heart Distillery

One Northern Colorado distillery is celebrating after winning an international award with its cask strength bourbon.

Congratulations are in order for one of Windsor's own, the only distillery in town. The Heart Distillery, associated with High Hops Brewery, just won big.

You've might have heard about a new distillery located in Windsor called The Heart, then again you might not since the Heart has only been open for a few short months. Either way, they've already done big things in the craft spirit world since opening last fall.

One of my all time favorite places to unwind is High Hops in Windsor. They have a great nursery and a great brewery! My go to beer from High Hops is always their Habanero Hunny... Spicy beer for the win. This review is not about beer or plants, instead spirits...

I know you've driven by it before. You might have even had one of their tasty brews or bought some plants from there. I am talking about the very unique High Hops Brewery and the Windsor Gardener. Soon, there will be another reason to visit that location...
