I try my very best to live in the moment each day and appreciate every little bit of freedom and amenities I get to enjoy with every ounce of my being. But sometimes I'll admit, I let certain things get in the way and lose sight on occasion.

But then I see things like this and it brings me right back to where I need to be and inspires me to no end.

This young man was born with no legs and not only did he make his high school wrestling team, he just won a state title. It just sends shivers up and down my spine thinking about this young man and his incredible story and puts everything in perspective. If this young man can do something like this, then we all can suck it up and get stuff done.

Adonis Lattimore, who is a senior in high school, was born without a right leg and a left leg that ends mid-thigh - and he just brought home a state championship in wrestling for his high school.

After he won, his simple yet effective words were this: "Really if you work hard, you can do anything -- even win a state championship without legs".

Simply amazing, there's no other way to put this other than that...and of course inspiring. Well done young man!

If there's one thing we can all learn from this story is: don't sell yourself short and don't just go through the motions because...yes, you CAN. With hard work and determination, you can make whatever it is you want to happen...happen.

Check out the incredible moment that Adonis captured the state title...CHILLS.
