Tesla Dealership Opens in Boulder County after Signing 10-Year Lease

After approximately two years of waiting on approval for construction, the new Tesla sales, service and delivery center is now open in Superior.

The 22,000-square-foot building is located at 2 South Marshall Road.

Tesla closed the Boulder showroom in 2011, but decided open a new location in Boulder County.

Originally, the Tesla dealership sales center construction was halted to cut costs and was set to open spring of 2019. However, the dealership eventually got the green light for construction of the sales center.

Tesla signed a 10-year lease with three- and five-year renewal options at the McCaslin and Marshall location.

According to the company’s website, other Tesla showrooms are located in Aspen, Cherry Creek, Lone Tree-Park Meadows and Littleton.
