Veterans Day 2016: What’s Closed in Northern Colorado?

Veterans Day is Friday, November 11th and since it's a federal holiday many city offices will be closed.

Tributes for veterans will be going all day around Northern Colorado. Activities in Loveland and Greeley will run through the weekend.

State and local governments, including schools, are not required to close, but Larimer County has decided offices, courts, the District Attorney, Landfill Business Office and Education Center will be closed in observance of Veterans Day. The Landfill, Hazardous Waste, and Recycle Center will be open. Critical services in Larimer County are not disrupted by closures.

All post offices and most banks will also be closed on Friday, November 11th.
