Cameron Peak Fire Covers a Nearly 240-Mile Perimeter [Video]

As the Cameron Peak fire stretches into its second month of activity, those in charge of fighting the fire posted a video showing where they're working.

The Cameron Peak Fire has been burning for more than 30 days. It currently stands at 102,595 acres and 4% containment. Cameron Peak Fire Operations posted an update video discussing where the fire is and how they're battling it.

It's very informative; including how the fire encompasses a 237-mile perimeter, 'which is a lot,' Planning Operations Trainee Cory Carlson states. Additionally, the fire is in places that firefighters just can't reach safely.
