Popular Mexican Restaurant Chain Opens First Colorado Location
All of us have moments where we crave some great Mexican food for lunch, dinner, and even breakfast. And now we have one of the most popular chains in Colorado.
According to the Denver Post, the national chain Chuy's opened their first location in Colorado on Tuesday when their doors welcomed customers for the first time at the Westminster Promenade.
The restaurant is based out of Austin, Texas and many people know them for their margaritas as well as their homemade food.
Here are some items off of the Chuy's menu that will make you hungry to want to get you to make the trip to Westminster today:
- Chuychanga - A fried flour tortilla with oven roasted chicken, cheese, cilantro, and green chiles
- Chicken Flautas
- Stacked Enchiladas
Plus they have a full kids menu so your entire family enjoys their great food!
Chuy's is also known for their unique sauces that you can add to your food, with my favorite being the "BOOM-BOOM" sauce. Yup, you've gotta go for it!
The chain will also be opening a second location in Belmar this year. Maybe Fort Collins or Loveland can be in the near future as well?
Chuy's in Westminster is open from 11 am - 10 pm Sunday-Thursday and 11 am - 11 pm Friday and Saturday.
