Veteran Group Flew Anti-Trump Plane Over CO
On Monday, a progressive veterans group called VoteVets decided to fly planes over Senate battleground states like North Carolina, Arizona, Kentucky, and yes— Colorado.
The banner trailed behind the plane today will read "Vets: Trump is a National Security Threat." Primarily, the group is trying to capture the attention of Senator Cory Gardner in our state.
This plane comes alongside thousands of dollars also spent on digital ads, bringing the total campaign spend, according to The Hill, up to $30,000. The group wants to gain the attention of voters as well since we have less than a year before we take to the polls once more.
