The Weld County Sheriff’s Office is reaching out for the public's help in attempting to identify two suspects who are wanted in a recent theft case.

According to the sheriff's office, deputies were called to the Shell/Circle K gas station, located on the Interstate 25 Frontage Road just south of Colo. 119, at approximately 7:45 a.m. on Tuesday (August 17), following a report of items being stolen from the premises.

A store employee informed deputies that an unknown male and female had shoplifted several items from inside the Longmont convenience store that morning. Images of the two suspects were captured by the store's surveillance cameras, but at this time, law enforcement has not identified who they are.

Anyone who recognizes the two suspects is asked to call Deputy Sean Jenneiahn at (970) 400-4531. Additionally, information and tips regarding this investigation, or any other local crime, is asked to call the Weld County Sheriff’s Office at (970) 356-4015 or Northern Colorado Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). Tips can also be submitted through the Crime Stoppers website at www.crimeshurt.com. Those submitting tips through Crime Stoppers that lead to the arrest and filing of charges on a suspect(s) may be eligible for a cash reward.
