Bomb Threats Made at Loveland and Greeley Home Depots On Sunday
Calls were made to two local Home Depots claiming that there was a bomb about to go off. Both buildings were evacuated as police searched.
The Reporter-Herald and the Greeley Tribune have stories on bomb threats that occurred on Sunday, May 5, 2019. One at the Loveland location off of Eisenhower and Madison, one at the Home Depot on 35th in Greeley.
Both locations were evacuated for a couple of hours while police searched for suspicious packages; Loveland PD also used a police dog. At both scenes, nothing was found and the stores were reopened.
It's just kind of weird that both Greeley and Loveland had threats on the same day.
Both police departments are working together to gather any leads in the investigation.
