It's a Christmas miracle.

According to The Coloradoan, Christmas Day in Northern Colorado had a little more cheer and a little less fear as police experienced a "50.4 percent decrease from the daily average of 248 incidents in the two weeks leading up to Christmas", and only 139 calls on Christmas Day.

Usually, Fort Collins police average a daily 33 arrests from December 13 to the 24, but this year that number dropped to only 13 people booked into the Larimer County Jail on Dec. 25.

Whatever the reason is for the drop in arrests, we're going to go ahead and blame Christmas Magic. Here's to a slow-crime New Year!
